You don’t need to be ill to qualify for the services we provide. If you’re feeling lonely or isolated, one of our carers can offer companionship. Maybe you’d like somebody to play cards or Scrabble with a few times every week, or perhaps you’d enjoy some company on a day trip.

If you’re aged 18 or over, elderly, disabled or feeling isolated for any reason, then you can take advantage for our companionship services.

You may be sick or disabled and unable to get out to see friends or family. Or you may suffer from anxiety disorders which cripple you from leaving the house. Whatever you need, whether it’s a visit from a carer or a phone call a few times per week, you’ll soon start to see how good life can be.

Companionship care varies significantly from one person to the other but generally aims to reduce or prevent loneliness in an elderly person who might otherwise become isolated. This type of care can vary from several hours a day to just a few hours a week and can make a huge difference to the day-to-day outlook of someone who would be totally alone. Loneliness is a huge problem as it can cause depression and exacerbate illnesses and conditions.

Don’t suffer in silence – we’re here for you whenever you need us.
